Description
These units are designed and manufactured by Pumps Australia to the highest quality. Great for medium to large industrial hydro static testing applications over long periods of time.
STANDARD FEATURES:
GALVANISED BUGGY.
Using locally sourced steel & locally hot dipped galvanised, our buggies are designed and manufactured here in Australia. Designed for the harsh mining environments these buggies come with our exclusive range of Never Flat Tyres, meaning you’ll never have to worry about a puncture or the tyres getting flat.
3WAY BALL VALVE OUTLET SYSTEM.
Pumps Australia’s unique 3-way ball valve outlet set-up simplifies the user’s ability to operate our High-Pressure HYDRA series of units without excessive valving like most other brands. Not only does this allow the user less training but also lowers the potential friction loss from excessive fittings, giving the user a more accurate and faster test.
ITALIAN MADE PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM.
Utilising Italian engineering, all of our HYDRA series Hydro static tester units come high quality, high-pressure rated regulator valves. This gives our units the ability to adjust the pressure to pinpoint accuracy. With Stainless Steel internals and High-Quality Brass, these valves have a long design life.
ITALIAN MADE HIGH-PRESSURE PUMPS.
All of our HYDRA series units come standard with Italian-made Annovi Reverberi triplex or diaphragm pumps. All of our High-Pressure pumps are made from high-quality materials such as Brass, Stainless Steel, and Bronze. Annovi Reverberi (AR for short) also comes with international accreditation such as ISO 9001:2015, ATEX, EAC, CB & GS Certification.
ITALIAN MADE ELECTRIC MOTORS.
All of Pumps Australia’s electrical motors are made in Italy and have IEC60034-30 accreditation. Designed to be operated with high efficiency, all motors come standard with a Class F insulation material and Class H copper wire windings. Our range of motors is available in IP55, 65, and beyond.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE:
NATA CERTIFIED PRESSURE GAUGES.
NATA accredited laboratories’ approved gauges can be applied to all of our units. This is an international accreditation that proves your machine is running at the correct pressure to give the most accurate test possible. Many sites require the certification of gauges.
