Pumps Australia Returns Policy

If the product is unused, returns may be made within 24 hours of purchase for a refund or store credit at the discrection of the proprietor – restocking fees may apply. 
If a good is faulty we will meet our legal obligations, which may include repairing the item, refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
